Returns & Refunds

If you've changed your mind, or wish to return an unwanted gift, we'll refund your purchase if returned within 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that the cost of return will need to be covered by the customer, as we do not offer free returns. OneNine5 cannot be held responsible for any returns that are lost in the post so we strongly recommend using a signed for service when posting returns to us.

To complete your return:
1. Please submit a refund form on http://onenine5.com/pages/returns
2. Print and fill out the returns notes.
3. Ensure to include this note with the product(s) you return to us.

Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
1. Please check your bank account again or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund to appear on your statement.
2. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
